Its actually snowing here. We thought it would be a good idea to make that request since my daffodils have started popping up and my chickadees are singing their Spring song a bit early. We are getting ready for the 2012 season and maybe it will start early this year. We have some great new breakfast recipes that we have been working on in the test kitchen and we are all still alive!!!..in fact, with maybe a few extra pounds. Here is an inside view of our latest souffle, we do souffles often here, and it is topped with fresh tomatoes, avocado and hollandiase. I love it when we make too much. We all get to have some in the kitchen.
After 23 years in the corporate world, I gave it all up to bake cookies. Well, partly true.We purchased the Inn and made a gallant attempt at doing our regular jobs by day and Innkeeping by night...assuming I hadn't flown off to meet with clients. Almost one year to the day of purchasing the Inn, the decisions were made and I am now the CFO, CEO, COO, and CBW (Chief Bottle Washer) at the Inn.
The best part is I no longer have to do the pipeline report or the "what have you done for me lately" report and have substituted them for the weather report.
